Refund policy

  • Products received in a damaged condition due to transit issues.
  •  Products that have passed their expiry date.
  • Products that do not match the ones ordered
  • For any of the issues listed above, you must request a return within 24 hours of delivery or/and 1 day, by sending an message on WhatsApp 6282724328 or email to bhatnbhat98@gmail.com with an image of the damaged/expired product, Please also mention your order number
  • When the return is received by us it will be checked and verified for the claimed damages. On acceptance of the complaint, we will refund the value of the product by account payee only within 1 working day.
